🔄 Returns & Refund Policy – Podouce™
At Podouce™, your satisfaction is our top priority. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item, for any reason.
1. General Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging

Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to avoid lost shipments.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error (see section 6).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email notification confirming the outcome

If approved, your refund will be issued within 30 business days to your original payment method
In the case of a partial return from a discounted bundle, your refund will be calculated proportionally.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or used products

Items damaged by the customer

Promotional bundles or discounted products (unless defective)
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
6. Defective Items or Order Errors
If you receive:

An incorrect item that does not match your order
